This website is provided by NarroWay Productions (referred to throughout this Web site as “NarroWay Productions”) as a service to our customers. Please review the following rules that govern your use of the narrowaygolf.com site. Please note that your use of the narrowaygolf.com site (the "Site") constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to these Terms and Conditions. NarroWay Productions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Site.

Refunds
Registration payments and sponsorships are non-refundable, but are transferable. If you desire to make a substitution in either case, please call 803.802.2300 and request to speak with a tournament team member.

Contingency
Should any event cause the tournament to be postponed, a contingency date shall be set. If players are unable to particpate on the contingency date and request a refund within 3 days of notification of the contingency date, a full refund will be issued. Promotional Release
Registrants participating in events on this site grant to NarroWay Productions, Inc. the irrevocable right to photograph and/or videotape themselves while participating in tournament activities and to use those images and/or recordings for promotional purposes in perpetuity, with or without edits to the originals.

Hold Harmless
Each registrant participating in events on this site covenants and warrants that he/she is not in any manner subject to any mental, emotional or physical handicap or infirmity which might endanger himself/herself or others while participating. Each registrant participating in events on this site acknowledges and accepts that there are risks associated with any physical activity and agree that NARROWAY PRODUCTIONS; NarroWay’s Board of Directors; NarroWay employees; and volunteers shall be saved harmless in the event of accident or injury resulting from participation or observation in events on this site.

Payments
All payments on this site are made in U.S. dollars (USD).

Payment Methods

  • Secure payments may be made through the Stripe payment gateway. For terms and conditions of this service, please see the respective website at stripe.com.
  • Payment by check may be made by selecting "Send a Check" and directing your check to: NarroWay Productions, Attn: NarroWay on the Fairway, 3327 Hwy. 51, Fort Mill SC 29715. Payments not received within 10 days will result in cancellation of the selected registration and / or sponsorship.

Tournament Rules
Registrants agree to participate according to tournament rules as described on this site (View Rules). Governing Law
The internal laws of the State of South Carolina shall govern the performance of these Terms and Conditions, without regard to such state's conflicts of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in York County, South Carolina for all disputes arising out of, or relating to, the Terms and Conditions and use of this Site.
